Who would have thought Dental Awareness was this much fun!

Here's a great Dental Awareness program for Brisbane and Gold Coast children up to 8 years of age.The Happy Teeth Show uses magic and juggling to deliver the three messages: Dental Hygene is critical, a good diet promotes healthy teeth and visiting the dentist is a positive experience. The show is presented by Brisbane dentist Dr. Michael Cooke and Mr. Smiley (Julian and his Big RED Box of Magic).
"A very entertaining show from start to finish. Julian had the children laughing in stitches. A very age-stage appropriate show for our children to enjoy! The children are still talking about the show and remember the special jingle. It has worked in brilliantly well as some of our children have been having visits with the dentist and have let them know of the jingle. A worthwhile show that I would highly recommend."

The show is presented by Brisbane dentist Dr. Michael Cooke and Mr. Smiley (Julian and his Big RED Box of Magic). Is this show effective? Consider this. Both Dr. Cooke and Julian Mather have experienced being approached by children (more than six months after presenting the show) who proudly recite the key messages they learnt: Brush your teeth twice a day, bad food - no way, I like the dentist - Hooray!
Learning about dental awareness has never been so much fun.- Dickens the very naughty dog (he's a puppet) does a brilliant job of helping the children understand the importance of eating the 'right' food. Bones are the perfect meal for Dickens but vegetables, fruit and water belong on our plates.
- Tommy brushes his teeth so much that his toothbrush gets dog eared. Down at the supermarket searching for a replacement he gets distracted by the lollipop isle. Uh oh! His teeth are now out of his mouth and stuck in the lollipop. Lucky for him there are boys and girls present who brush their teeth two times every day. With their help Tommy gets his beaming smile back.
- A lunchbox full of fruit is the perfect thing to juggle. Boink!! The kids roll around in fits of laughter as Julian tries to work out why the orange keeps hitting him on the head?

"Let me tell you this was the most impressive Dental Show I have seen in my twenty years of Early Childhood Education. The children particpated and laughed eagerly whilst being introduced to dental care in the most inspiring way."

Julian offers other educational shows apart from Dental Awareness
